Top of the ski slope setting. Spent a while making sure that the barbed wire had plenty of flagging tape.
***Apparently a twisted ankle wasnt the only thing I got from the course on Saturday. it's possible I got some sort of poison ivy/oak/sumac or something to that effect as well. I took a hot shower after the course and later that night and the next day my legs were itching but looked normal. Then of course not thinking while I was itching it, I spread it around to other parts of my body like my arms, my brow, behind my ears, and my thighs. The problem is that it didnt cause a noticible rash, or any sort of oozing or whatever you think of when you think poison ivy. Instead it is just mildly irritating and that irritation has spread. when I scratch my skin the skin gets red and you can see bumps like tiny mosquito bites, but they go away when the skin is not irritated. Each shower I take seems to make it worse because I take really hot showers. It occured to me that this could be what I have because I complained about it to Klaben at practice and both he and Schnieder thought it sounded like a mild case of poison ivy. I am inclined to believe them, but the problem is that I dont have any calamine lotion and have run out of rhuli gel.
