Gave blood so easy morning.

The last ShUOC circuits of the year! ah well, at least i can say i made it to the first and last. I could do everything apart from any which involved lying on the front :D I have never felt so fat and lazy in my whole life doing these after so much time off. i'm doing some good training this summer to counteract the injured time off!
