Post circuits run with dad, i was tired and keep getting tummy ache when i run so my attempt to leg it home from the bottom of the hill didnt show much change in speed!

I managed to pull my stitches or twist smth where my scar is forming last night and really really hurts to move today. Just shows i'm not as mended as I thought! Ah well, Bank Hols are made to rest.
