Nice physio at the gym took a look at my foot for free :)

Have strained/bruised the tendon that goes down from my calf to the outside of my foot. Prescribed ibuprofen, ice and no running for the week.

Felt a bit better today

Run to the Monument. Neill answered my prayers and changed the sesh to a relay in the woods :)
Had my foot strapped but felt a bit tight so took it off after the warm up loop.
Foot felt good by the end so definately an issue with my sauconys. On further inspection there is a suspicious lump developing in the midsole of the left shoe - will let accellerate investigate tomro.
Stretches and run back avoiding brocco bank with Ash and Zizi.

Good sesh :) always feel like i could try harder, but maybe thats just coz there is quite a lot of rest. Felt good to be training with ShUOC again tho - not been to intervals in a while. Legs springy and speedy quick downhill...good and tired by the end but then thats the aim right!?

happy days now ive worked out the foot issue :D
