Me and Kirsten have entered a different kind of race in December. A simple 5km loop and you have 6 hours to do as many laps as you can. And it's all in the dark. Should be interesting. So to try and practice getting used to running laps and hitting consistent pace we are going to do a series of lapped runs. Worked out a ~5km loop from the house. I did 4 and aimed to keep it a steady. Pace felt good but definitely to fast to sustain for 6hrs but a good session.
