Carleatheran from home. 11km up, 11km down. Nice run and put the burners on a little on the way down

Club champs at duncraggan. Great little area. Ran without a compass because I forgot Kirsten's...so she took mine.

4th. +6.30 on GG (mapper), +3 Shminty, +10secs Jegor.

6*6mins (1 min rest). Much better than last week.

Stealth Night O with Graham. Some scrappy orienteering and some generally good stuff too. Still getting back into night o, with watching feet and map... work needed.

10km high tempo run round town. Felt good for the first 7km then tired. Had to keep slowing down to cross roads so speed was up/down abit. Stopped my watch for the main crossings.

Loop down to Kings and around Torbrex, then out through Sauchie ponds, woods and back through Polmaise with Catriona
