Pilates class (weights) 55:00 [1]
slept:6.5

Standing warmup today (warriors, pliƩs, etc.). Knee was feeling more flexible than it's been lately and perhaps I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I still think I shouldn't kneel on it, but I hope to able to bend and stretch it like I used to. And maybe do some more concentrated jogging again, in a month or so.
11 AM

Walking (track) (indoors) 34:25 intensity: (3:42 @1) + (30:43 @3) 2.2 mi (15:39 / mi)

A bit slow on the first couple of laps but picked up the pace a bit when my knee cooperated. Good times...

A warm one....

Pilates class 50:00 [1]
slept:6.7

No tools, just body weight, so we knew it would be a tough one. I must admit I didn't even consider doing the reverse planks (I did overhead triceps with 16# instead), but when she changed them to reverse push-ups, I just shook my head in amazement. Good all around workout.
11 AM

Fitness equipment (elliptical) 32:00 [3]
shoes: Sauc. Grid Cohes.9 -a 8.5W

Knee and feet seemed okay today and I neglected to bring my iPod with podcasts but did have headphones, so I opted for the elliptical and listened to Bernie Sanders announce his support/endorsement for Hillary and highlight the DNC platform changes they worked out over the weekend.

30:00, 1.5 distance units plus 2:00 cool down, resistance of 15.

We were in the area so we stopped in at the DVOA meet in Bethlehem, PA above the Lehigh campus. Temps started in the mid 70s when we started and were around 81 when we left after 2PM.

Clockwise from start, 68-42-40-88-72-62-70-78-36-82-44-(50)-32

50 was close to trails and should have been easy but I was unsure how long it would take me to return to finish and didn't want to look around much; penalty was 60pts per minute or portion thereof; points were the value of the code. Turns out I finished with 5 minutes to spare so I should have checked more. Had fun revisiting the north side of the Star Village map, including running past the base of the Bethlehem star. I stayed mostly in the parts mapped as white woods. Fun course.
