Exerc. Class 50:00 [1]

I was able to do part of the stepping, but knee is still not amenable to bending like it used to.

Fitness equipment (eliptical) 10:00 [2]
slept:7.0 shoes: Saucony Shadow 6000 8.5 # 3

At the Y while Glen runs at the town park. Warmup for track. 0.5 distance units.

Walking (track) 37:17 intensity: (3:46 @1) + (33:31 @3) 2.2 mi (16:57 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Shadow 6000 8.5 # 3

16:53/16:47/3:46

These shoes make my feet tingle afterward, not comfortably. I know I can't use them much longer but am bummed I can no longer get the Shadow 6000 model in wide (these are medium; my last few pairs including the ones I use outside the Y are wide). I have to track down a worthy replacement.

Pilates class (balls) 50:00 [1]
slept:7.0

Everything that we normally do with the big bouncy balls, except for roll ups which Mary doesn't care for.
11 AM

Walking (track) 36:21 intensity: (3:46 @1) + (32:35 @3) 2.2 mi (16:31 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Shadow 6000 8.5 # 3

Second mile faster than the first again. Knee is still the weak link.

Pilates class (weights) 50:00 [1]
slept:5.0

Mary's back from her vacation (and so am I) so we worked out with weights today, but not as much as I'd expected. Fun.

We decided not to do after-Pilates exercise but I expect to back in the swing by Thursday.
