Yoga 45:00 [1]
slept:7.0

Saturday yoga class with Billy. Fairly "easy" as far as yoga classes go.

The relaxation period at the end went on a bit long for my hip comfort (two thin mats on a hard floor aren't enough), so I needed a bit more hip stretching after.

Pilates class (weights) 50:00 [1]

Standing yoga warmup meant we got going a bit faster than usual. When I modified a hamstring press, Mary made a comment about me teaching a class (because she didn't have to say how to modify it for those with bad knees); I clarified that it would be a modifications class. :-)

Fitness equipment (elliptical) 30:00 [3]
shoes: Sauc.Shad-6000#8-2014H

Yay...they kept my Precor 750AT ellipticals when they redid the fitness room. I did 30 minutes on the hill interval program at level 2 since I hadn't done that in months (usually either a foot or a knee acts up but all was good today). It's a better quad workout than just doing circles on the track...

Distance was something like 1.44 or 1.41

Pilates class (bands) 50:00 [1]

Stretchy bands were the main tool today.

Walking (track) 33:52 intensity: (3:44 @1) + (30:08 @3) 2.2 mi (15:24 / mi)

14:52/15:16/3:43
First mile I pushed it to pass some slower walkers, and decided to keep the speed up. Paid for it by the end of the second mile, where my sore ankle started acting up. If it's not one thing.....

Adductors, pulldowns, and leg presses.

Exerc. Class 50:00 [1]

(5-5-5)*2

Took fudge to share with co-exercisers. Instructor always raves over it so that encourages me every year. It's not old-fashioned fudge either but tastes almost as good.
