Pilates class ("22-inch" ball) 55:00 [2]
slept:7.5

Using an overinflated ball that didn't have any give at all. Okay for some moves; uncomfortable to lie on so did supermans on the floor rather than birddogs on the ball. Successful at roll ups with feet elevated.
11 AM

Walking (indoor track) 35:07 intensity: (5:58 @1) + (29:09 @3) 2.33 mi (15:04 / mi)
shoes: Sauc.Shad-6000#8-2014H

Miles at 14:33 and 14:36. Cool down 5:58, 1/3 mile.

Pulldowns, leg presses, and adductors after.

Exerc. Class 55:00 [1]

Took a while for my hands to warm up, but they eventually did. I'd like the 20s (F) to return and stay for awhile, please.

Also, cleared some snow, mostly around the mailboxes, after class.

Tuesday Jan 27, 2015 #

Note

5-6" of new snow, mostly light and fluffy, but it's cold (mid teens). Class was canceled so we didn't bother trying to go out although the snow didn't pickup until late morning.

Drive has been snowblowered (then the plows came).... but there's still a bit of snow coming down this evening. Maybe I'll get to class tomorrow.

Included step intervals. Fun.

Pilates class 55:00 [1]

Sunday class with Lois (Connie's not teaching on Sunday anymore). While it's a good workout, it seems to be the same series/sequence every time with her. Boring. Also, too much rolling-like-a-ball, which can be useful but seems too easy.
12 PM

Walking (indoor track) 35:00 intensity: (5:42 @1) + (29:18 @3) 2.33 mi (15:01 / mi)
shoes: Sauc.Shad-6000#8-2014H

Walked on the busy track at the Y, two miles fast (14:32/14:46) then a cool down.

Pulldowns and stretching after. Someone was hogging the leg press machine so I skipped those.
