Yay, Mary's back. Yes, she throws in more stretching breaks than her subs did, but today's class seemed harder than theirs.

Woken up this morning by a truck using a Jake brake on our (rural) county road, then a half hour later by a dog barking. I feel sorry for the dog, being outside (if even for a short time) at 0F.

Continuous movement today, between stepping and floor aerobics, during the aerobics portion.

Skipped exercise class this morning due to falling snow. It was probably okay to drive in but would have required my cleaning the car off after class.

Instead, I walked to the P.O. and back to mail a couple of things. The snow was mixing with drizzle by this point so my coat and pant cuffs got a bit damp but not uncomfortably; roads were wet with some slush at the edges. Temp was about 34 when I went out...much better than 10 or 15 or whatever it's been the past week or so.
