2014 summary

Orienteering distance about the same as last year but accuracy dropped from 2013, from 84% to 74%. And I only walked half as much as the previous year. I need to stop finding excuses.

5 laps before class because we got there early, 5 minutes.

Another mile and a half after, with three laps of jogging (2:18) until I felt some pain in my left ankle, then back to walking. Baby steps. 21:05
