No stepping today. Left knee vaguely unhappy, but I expect it to solve itself in a few days.

Managed a 1:20 high plank at the end, just because.

With Connie. She's a tough lady and really kept us going, no breaks. I did not do the push-ups, even from my knees, but did do planks. She was leading the version where you start standing, roll yourself down and out, and then do a push-up, adding one with each repeat (for a total of 10, if you did them all), then work your way back up to standing. Ugh.

She doesn't stop to stretch as much as Mary so I had to throw in some breaks of my own.

Using rings today. I managed the lunges (mostly) without stopping to rest any hamstrings, and did the modified reverse plank too.

In Chatham, starting late, as usual. Included aerobics to start and then stepping, abs after; no weights.

Awoke after 5 hours sleep, tossed and turned for awhile, wondering what happened to my clock/radio which was dark (first thought it was a power outage, but then I noticed all other clocks in the room [two others] had lights), and why the phone wasn't working, along with other thoughts. They conspired to not let me go back to sleep (despite counting to 800+), so I got up around 6am or so.

Clock wasn't working because cord was almost all the way pulled out (a mystery in itself--gremlins?), and called the phone co. around noon after checking the line at the box with a spare phone (nothing). Fairpoint. Still nothing three hours later.

Abs still sore from Sunday's class but I survived. Connie, who sets up near me and has been out since August, is back; she had anaplasmosis and was in the hospital for five days, and had a long recovery. Scary stuff.
