Pilates class 55:00 [1]

Weights. Planks and other moves started to make my shoulder/neck tingle.
11 AM

Fitness equipment (elliptical) 20:00 [3]
shoes: Sauc.Shad.6000#7-2012H

0.91 mi. Stopped at 20 min because my right shoulder was sore from Pilates and distracting, despite trying to keep it stable by holding on to my shirt.

Walking (indoor track) 29:40 [3] 2.0 mi (14:50 / mi)
shoes: Sauc.Shad.6000#7-2012H

So I took to the track which somehow was easier on the shoulder. An even 14:50 per mile.

Exerc. Class 55:00 [1]

Similar "program" as Monday but smaller crowd. :-) Broke a sweat, even, which is rare.

Note
slept:7.0

Weight is going nowhere.

On a separate note, I started taking pseudoephedrine yesterday (after days of no progress with phenylephrine or antihistamine) and sense some pressure differences (clicking, some popping) in my stuffed-up ear--progress??
10 AM

Pilates class 55:00 [1]

Using balls, my favorite. (Love roll-ups with feet on the ball!)
11 AM

Running (treadmill) (and walking) 50:00 intensity: (4:15 @1) + (25:12 @2) + (20:33 @3) 3.75 mi (13:20 / mi)
shoes: Sauc.Shad.6000#7-2012H

Started with a jog, 1.25mi; then walked 1.75mi. Jogged a bit more, 0.5mi, then cooled down walking, 0.25mi. Wanted to jog the whole thing but certain muscles weren't always happy and I don't need to break anything.

Plus 2 x 12 @ 75# adductors; 9 pulldowns @68.75#.

Exerc. Class 55:00 [1]
slept:7.25

Big class again, as folks had the day off from work. Continuous motion for 29 minutes ("Eve's workout").

Decided to obtain some pseudoephedrine to see if it does anything to relieve my ear problem. Not much noticeable change so far.
