An AP'er takes to the snow for art's sake

Beautiful designs!
10 AM

Pilates class 55:00 [1]

Using balls. Hamstring torture followed by roll-ups with feet on the ball are the best. :-)

However, I'm feeling tired (and still a bit stuffy from a head cold) and skipped out on doing anything else. Next time.

Walking 30:20 [3] 2.0 mi (15:10 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Shadow 6000 #6 - H

To P.O. and beyond to the one-time church, now a community center, and back. Pretty soon we may not have the P.O. either.

Temps in mid 50s and cloudy, but I'll take it in February!

Note
(rest day)

Exercise class break week, and I didn't feel like going to the Y or walking.

Hiking 1:30:45 [2] 3.11 mi (29:13 / mi) +108m 26:22 / mi
shoes: Trail NB 706 9D # 2

Hike at Hand Hollow (west side) from upper parking lot, both on and off trails. Parts of the regular trails were muddy but mostly they were dry and firm. Temps in mid-upper 30s with sun to start. Very quiet (hardly heard any birds or other sounds; no waterfowl on the mostly ice covered pond) and peaceful. :-)

Not sure why my Garmin recorded 0.2 mi shorter than Glen's. He didn't run circles around me, really!
