Active stepping, working all muscle groups. No videotape to follow, so I had to make it up as I went along (guided by step routines from the exercise class I attend twice a week).

BTW, I'm very pleased with my 15-minute miles, especially with a hill involved.

"North block", counterclockwise (hills come in a different order ). Going downhill to start feels much better than going straight up a steep (though short) hill to start. 40F temperature felt good too.

At Hand Hollow. Did part of the loop from earlier in the week, but then ran some other side trails and backtracked to add distance; investigated other areas (off trail) just for fun. Of course, I wasn't running the entire time, either...
(Main trail to Red, back to Main, out to parking lot and road, back road to dam, Main trail to 2nd Red trail junction, up to Blue trail, through parking lot to Main to Red, and then back to dam; crossed dam then cut down along stream for awhile before rejoining the main trail and heading back to car.)

Hand Hollow conservation area. Distance estimated (average of Gmaps and Topo!) New trail to pond (uphill), around pond and back "planned trail" to trail & back to parking. ~240' elev. gain (per Gmaps) before heading back down.

MB-Pratt Rd to Bacchus, but then on the way back I strayed off the road to explore some (newly posted) woodlands... First 30 minutes was on road (up and down hills), then 12:20 "in terrain" (including a steep uphill back to the road), then 19:23 back home.
