Used the big bouncy balls. A bit more with the shoulder than it likes even with avoiding the side planks. No roll ups.

Walking (indoor track) 25:12 intensity: (3:36 @1) + (19:00 @3) + (2:36 @4) 1.7 mi (14:49 / mi)
shoes: Sauc.Shad-6000#8-2014H

Scheduled annual physical ate into workout time so ran a few laps after walking briskly the first mile (14:35).

Followed with pulldowns (only 5) and adductors
