Little session to see how the legs are feeling. Just did 8x2min off a 1min Jog. Went reasonably well, average 3:29min/k for the efforts getting quicker throughout. Had a little niggle from my ITB on the warm up and my legs were a little flat, but otherwise feeling pretty good.
