Long run with Brooke (last big one before she does Queenstown Half in a few weeks). Felt alright, super windy on the way back, will get back into training for Luxmore this week. Plan is a lower volume with two specific sessions each week and more strength work as I felt very week at Mt Somers. Might also get a proper HRM so I can track intensity better.

MTB because I was bored and still wanted to avoid running for another day. Went over to Signal, up big easy, down the road, over to Redwoods, Loop of Weir 2 and Slytherin, back home. Nice to get out on the bike.
