Cruise around the half marathon course with a group. Pretty slow course, lots of turns and out and backs and a few hills. Felt ok after yesterday, bit tired towards the end.

Was aiming for 3:37's, felt good and went alot quicker without feeling like I was pushing out of my threshold. Much happier about my fitness than I was after the Clyde-Alex, probably due to an easy week to capitilise on the work I'd done.
