Sprint training at KV college + WU/WD. Ran the summer series course in reverse but skipped out the boring legs on the back field.

Second sprint training, this time Kings/Queens. Complete summer series course in reverse except for controls 1 and 2 as there were people all around that part of the building. Few mistakes around the tennis court with not reading fence gaps properly.

Hill city club run. Hardly anyone there, only three of us in the fast group, might go and join Cavy. Just cruised up around Ross Creek and back. Feeling good today, no knee or ITB issues, cold 99% cleared up. Gonna run some of last years sprint series courses tomorrow, need to get some fast nav in before Oceania's.

Was planning on going to the gym, but I ended up just running as my knee seemed fine. Cruised around Botans and then some strides on the track. Felt good except for a few niggles (Knee, hammy, blocked nose).
