Was going to go out for a bike but had a flat tyre and my spare tube trned out to be one of dads 29'er tubes. Played quitea bit of tennis though.

Squeezed this one in between my lectures today. Up Ross Creek area. Was feeling good and did my usual 1:20 loop in 1:10, probably as I was a bit pushed for time. Chemistry Exam tomorrow then a solid MTB in the redwoods.

jog down to logan park, dynamic stretching, 5x100m strides, jog back up to carrington. Legs feeling good considering I did the tempo yesterday. was nice to be out running as study is a bit full on at the moment.

Tempo run around logan park. Used pretty much the 5km loop but didn't go up the hill. Ran 3:55's for the first 3km then picked it up slightly in the last 2km. feeling good and didn't have any problem holding the pace so will do slightly faster next time I do a tempo run (maybe 3:45's). Good session, now just got to cram uni work.

Cruised down to logan park, checked out the start of the signal hill tracks, dynamic stretching by the hill city clubrooms then 5x100m strides before jogging back up to carrington. Feeling good despite the long run yesterday and another real nice day for running.
