- Keep on with Garry's plan, adapted for no CX
- Bike and physical preps for Strade Bianche
- Stretching and Core
- One or two special rides: final Thornton, Rond Calderdale, Dalby
- Find an event to do with Sarah and with Jenn
- Sort Italy in June

Some aims for JANUARY
- Do Garry’s plan, upping the durations to the max of those suggested, and book a re-test at end of Feb - DONE, though moved test to Mid March
- Another Thorntons Ride - DONE first weekend of Feb
- Establish routine of stretching and core - 6/10. Yoga book is great just need more discipline
- Firm up 2017 Targets, and fix the calendar : DONE - especially 3P entry sorted.
- Finish CX season – 3? Races and some drills especially carrying  DONE - final three races, and full review done.
- Find an event to do with Sarah and with Jenn : didn't manage this but Sarah has now had her bike fit, is on it and is looking to do an event in Mid April
