Took today off to get some work done around the house that I have been putting off. Little soreness in the joints (hips) but that is it. Should be good to go tomorrow. Ashley and I talked coming to the conclusion that there has just been so much on my plate the past 2 weeks it was a no brainer that I would mentally burn out, it was just a matter of when. We are doing Bighorn even if I have to walk the whole thing (only have to average 2.94 mph to beat cut off). I never do good with loop courses anyways. I like to do courses that I have never been on. Anyway chalk this up as a long run and get back to the drawing board.
