Warm-up:
20 mins of easy running and walking with 6 X 20sec strides @ 6.5mph and 10% incline.
Main set:
25 mins Hill tempo at 6mph and 7% incline
Cooldown:
15 mins at 1% incline and 6.5mph
This was a hard run. My average HR during the Main set was 160bpm. I did the whole time without stopping or changing speed/incline.
My left leg/butt muscle is bugging me again. Right where the leg and the butt meet it is real achey. Have to keep an eye on this.
