Putting out some tapes at Shoal Hill nr Cannock for WJS training for the few keen ones who were going to do the Midland Champs.

Army Harris with Old Forgetful Daniel and Mike Forrest.

Blackwood - the Micheldever one. Fast Beech wood - some brambles but too many , so fun, if not especially difficult.

Ashton Court circuit with Keith and Ben. Sticking to the bigger tracks.

Orienteering race 52:49 [4] 6.7 km (7:53 / km) +150m 7:05 / km

Short Brown at Clowbidge near Burnley. Open Moorland with lots of fences , walls and compulsory crossing points. So not particularly challenging Orienteering. Fun enough to run though and nice and sunny.
