O-Training at my parents, trying out a course for our competition in autumn. Had a lot of problems with the map in the beginning and was double and triple checking controls. That got better after a while, but physically I was feeling like rubbish, whenever I had to put in more than a very moderate effort (e.g. whenever there was an uphill) I was feeling nauseous and lightheaded - seems I'm not yet completely recovered from whatever stomach bug I catched :(

Wanted to go for a short run in the evening, legs even didn't feel to destroyed from the weekend.
BUT: catched some nasty stomach bug or was eating something not good yesterday evening, feeling shitty and nearly can't eat and drink since this morning - and beeing on site at a customers and had to work while feeling like this. Thank godness they were fast learners and we were finished by 3pm today, after that I was just collapsing on my hotel bed and sleeping until 6 and now it's already time for bed again...
