O-Training through the Campus. Nice course, but my heart and mind wasn't into O-Training this night. Maybe was still tired from sunday and the bike rides to work in the cold, maybe I was missing sleep, don't know. But just felt physically totally knackered, running was pure, hard work and no fun at all, also was completely unconcentrated and just not able to focus on the orienteering.
So a more or less aimless jogging around in the cold and I shortened the last part of the course a bit couse I decided 1h should be enough when I was feeling like crap.
