Insannneee.. Goyt Moss fell race in the Goyt Valley. Decided to go after having a nice hour sleep after school.
Felt absolutely dead after yesterday so found the hills hard work but the flats and downhills I was strong. Last hill died and walked my way up..

Felt really strong for the last flat section so ran hard but then felt my right calf cramping so hard to stop and stretch and then take it easy.

Macclesfield forest evening event planned by my mum! Really good course, didn't really notice the climb and felt interested all the way. Got lost at one point where I was bashing through some dark green expecting to hit a ride but overshot. Lost 4 minutes.
