Tried out the traedmill at the office gym after my cardio ab work out...did nice warm up, then every minute turned the speed up until I was at 7miles per hour...stayed there for 5 minutes then down to 6.5 for 5, then 5 for 2, the 4.5 for 5 etc until I was walking for 1 minute at the end...felt good. Hard to get use to seeing miles on the machine - goes by so slowly!!!!
