JP put on a great hill training event...just what I needed after doing hills sat, extra squats sunday and hills monday at lunch!!
Messed up one control and only slipped once where i fell....I think the cross fit is paying off as I could actually keep running up all the hills (lindsay park to stanley park,,,).
