Last one with Wati for a while - but disjointed as there were a few footpath diversions that didn’t link up to anywhere... farmer clearly trying to make it as unclear as possible to deter people! Got there in the end just a lot of stops! Felt a lot better running today so a few more chill days have helped!

Just feeling completely knackered so took it really easy today, slow and walking up hills etc when I needed... loads of slow gates too! HR still quite high!
Last two weeks with a bit more training obviously catching up so either going to need to back off a bit or make sure I take an easier 3rd week instead of 4th atm. Going to see out this week as planned but keep effort low and then it’ll be a shock to the system going back to work next week so will back right off and start building up again around work!
