Felt really rubbish since arriving in Aus, still got the cough and a bit jet lagged and sleep deprived so just felt to tired to do anything really! Good afternoon of beach cricket and that was job done

PB down to the beach because I woke up dead early and was bored and missed the beach the day before... bad running idea - felt terrible and walked back up the hill but good idea for seeing the beach <3
