Note
(sick) (rest day)

Busy day with the fam and a bit crampy in my stomach and run down still so no harm in taking another day off - hopefully back to it tomorrow!

Note

Woke up feeling really nauseous so cancelled morning clients and decided to take it a bit easier for a few days - Running last night was probably a bad call!
At home for the weekend so less time to train anyway

Chilled one up Porter as I got out of work too late for hills but decided it probably also wasn’t sensible! Been feeling quite groggy and tired all day but no bad abdominal pain and just one cramp while running!

Note
(sick)

Weird day, got a bit of an abdominal pain at work, that just kept getting worse by 2hrs could barely walk so went into the docs and turns out I have a kidney infection - popped me on antibiotics and painkillers and within an hour I was feeling loads better! Just took the arvo off and slept, feeling groggy and glad I caught it quickly! So bit of a forced rest day. He thinks it was caused by dehydration.

Felt a bit slow tonight but I guess that’s to be expected a little on the back of last week! I don’t think I was outrageously slower though tbf... hate static rest... hate the lactic acid! Despite feeling slow didn’t feel like hard work to put this session away so that’s good
