Dno what the hell I was thinking... it was just so nice I wanted to keep going all night! But died a little when I dropped back down to ladybower and had a v slow last 7km... not really surprised as I had told myself I wasn’t running long today so hadn’t eaten or hydrated properly... and all I could think about for the last hour was an ice cold coke! Downed a pint of it after relieving Aislinn’s where the hell is Mary stress then headed on over for a Notty house pie... good Sunday eve

Easy forge dam and fulwood with tent.

Feeling wiped today... havnt gotten anything done and have just slept all afternoon... maybe finally playing jukola catch up.

Lower legs in bits too.... lhs not as bad today.... little bit of arch pain at start and end, but rhs achiles very stiff and sore coming back down from broomhill... not going to run the round run tomorrow and maybe need to take it a bit easier for a few days

tried a few 6a/+s today not getting the moves or the arete holds right but also have always felt that the Virgin setter is a spaz with their gradings so not sure... thought about going down to the works for some better quality stuff, but despite having all my clients cancel I still have alot to get done today so decided to go for something quicker... feeling tired

Absolute stunner evening out in the peaks loved it so much could have easily stayed out for a few hours but Moore needed to get back... which is a good thing because I had also told Hayley I’d dinner with her!

Win hill was tough and had to walk a lot (past a client awks) but then settled into a comfortable pace! Legs and body v tired - lhs not good - shin, arch and knee.

side notes;
not a fan of hoka trail.... only a very specific type of trail they are good for - sorry hoka i tried... but after a grand total of 3 runs im retiring them.
watch not measureing climb correctly - keep having significantly less then anyone else i run with on strava

Yesterday was a really long busy day at work and today turned out to be surprisingly busy so I was pretty shattered by run group... good chilled one with Dan and George and just made up some random route tonight! Legs really tired and achy, this not so bad, but left shin and knee bad tonight!

Lovely evening yog out on froggatt and white edge with Ais, tent, Moore and the purple fox! Really enjoyed... even took a tumble which is a first for a while!
Legs pretty wrecked!!

Taken a dossy day today... cancelled early clients... caught up on some much needed sleep and spent the day eating some healthier food then the last week and planning a summer of O yehoooo! Resting HR still sitting quite high so gonna do my best to take this week as easy as poss and try get some good sleep!!
