Finally made it down to my first club session! Sessionwas 5x1km with 200m recov... I did 5x800s... that was tough enough for me first time round... think the first couple were around the 4:20 mark... slowed up in the 4th bit of a finishing wind in the last! lots of niggles in the legs and now lathering tiger balm on a tender Achilles... gotta manage work so I can get some structured training going and start practising what I preach at work about injury prevention!!
