Took it really easy as I brought my housemate Ste and it was his first time orienteeribg even though he likes fell running so let him do all the Nav... he did pretty good tbf
Side note: the Tom Tom I'm trialling tells you you're running time without stops and ours was 42mins haha lots of stopping then

Have had no time for training over the weekend amoungst a few nights out and moving into my new place... literally could only fit in this this morning before a heccas day at work! Got thing is ive got loads of clients now! Almost on second tier woo!! Have been cycling absolutely everywhere though so getting up the miles on the bike over the weekend at least! Legs were knackered today! Probably on the bike and all the dancing girls been up to over the weekend
