tried jess rpm class at work for work during work get to train for work, work is great! was real good but bloody hard as I havnt been on a spin bike since I left aus... and I wake up to txt next morning after this saying 'don't forget your kit today you have spinathon' omggggggg meh ass

Was super busy today and feeling quite exhausted still from earlies then big weekend and straight back to work so didn't plan to train but one of the girls from work came in in the evening so decided to train with her! Felt a bit sick though as I had just ate my own weight in pizza and cake for sams bday...

hills on treadmill... felt like it was kinda hard work but as I only had less than half an hour by the time I got into work today I decided to up the tempo... accidentally hit the emergency stop so got interrupted half way through grrr.... good news is that after the horrrrrrrrible day that yesterday was, I was feeling keen for a run today :D
