Legs really sore from strength last week so decided to take a rest day and just go for a long walk to loosen the legs out a bit

trained my new boss today hehe and did it with him! Bit of core was good fun! Good to be back in a gym and everyone who works here is super fun so that's nice, and can do a lot of cross training and try and sort the leg problems now too

Round the drills cut it a few minutes dhort because legs were just agony... Good news is I now have full access to the gym I'm working at do gonna get out of running for a week or two and do most cardio in here
