1500, 800, 400, 200, 100, 100 relay, long jump, shot put, and triple, dominated in long distance, sucked in short and feild lol. really reaaluuuy sore next day!

short course through macedon forest, few legs each with mac and todd. was fun, kinda gay through the thick stuff!

wanted to try a little somehting new, went out around to bawden road for a change, 15m w/u 1m hard 30sec rec 2mins hard 1min rec 4min hard 2min rec 2min hard 1min rec 1min hard 30sec rec, 28min w/d, was dif and fun couple small hills, legs felt heavy and tired still from weekend, mayb should have taken it a bit easier, will relax a bit till friday athletics :)

nol sprint and mixed relays, did v bad in sprint, sooooo many mistakes, relays was better, bit slow in the hills. :D:D fun fun
