10.34km course took 1:47 was realllllllly hard! good training. 3.54 course took 37, walked so much felt like death, was hot hard terrain... real vague map, v tired... but fun fun fun!
hill intervals 22 min w/u felt real tired and achy, planning to do 4x500m hill intervals, got into 1st interval went out to hard, burned out at about 400 in second, gave up on run decided to go for intervals another day, got to the bottom of hill and changed mind, 2 more slightly slower hill intervals, then 24min w/d. tired annd hot.
