short leg drill, followed by some compassing, longer course and attempt at map memory fsailed by mary and max :( balt camp bullengarook. felt tired from fridays run, legs muscles sore yet plenty of energy, made alot of small navigational errors.

max, todd, mort and eons trails on mt macedon, was thinck, two laps of each, felt good was tired towards end though. todds track defs smashes the rest :P
