So have given myself well over a week off basically and also started my job in that time so yah feeling quite knackered actually! Think virgin is going to be an awesome company to work for though... very intimidated by how good everyone is in the centre! Leg feeling fine again now! Feet still a bit niggly! Probs gonna struggle a bit with training over the next few weeks with a big workload to begin with.. gonna make a new program the focus for October I think!!

(rest day)

Legs just fooked and need a few days off!! Foot not feeling too bad but my right TA soooo sore pretty sure it's from all the driving I've been doing because I got shin splints there after our big ol road trip back in '15 and it's feeling the same after a month of driving all round the uk so probs gonna be lost of rest before I start Le new job next week!!

Spent the day climbing with the crew from pinn out at stannage... pretty slow day and nothing too hard or strenuous... no trad, which was good because I was a bit shitting myself! Very good chilled day! Feeling tight muscles everywhere atm so will have a day or two off at some point or maybe just some easy recov swimming!

Good sesh leading! Was down the wall for hours but not climbing that long once you minus all the faffing! Legs a bit achy still so hard on some of the more leggy moves... probs just climb the next few days to give them and the niggly foot a rest from running! Going trad climbing in the peaks tues wooooo

Burbage/higger tor loop! Load of people out climbing considering it was a bit wet and ALOT windy... felt like my head had been dunked under water by the time I got back to the car! Left foot still a bit niggly so probs just climb the next few days dno if that'll ease it off though... Loving the new bugs :)

Went into my new office and had a dabble... some ints on the watt bike... bit disappointed I couldn't get it to connect up to the app and do a decent session! But feeling a bit spent anyway! Then had a play on a few upper body machines and trx before a play on the curve... like this new playground
