Last orienteering training of the camp... Legs feeling heavy to say the least... Felt very weak through the marshes.. Jogged around wit tom which was great to get some tips about how to approach some of the hillside legs... Very wet today

Went and jogged around the sprintervals in Åre that Tom had set for us but we were all to smashed to do on Sunday... Minus the big fuck off hill interval - Just took easy, legs felt better than this morning and foot coped with the hard ground fine, so that's nice... It's been a great training camp to say the least... Now on to Norway with Gin
