3km w/u, 5x200mhard/200mrec, 2km w/d
wasnt feeling great just generally tired and stomach felt a bit ick... wasnt struggling with the hills though, however started off with an alright pace and lost it pretty quickly then went right down on the last 1.5km uphill :(

ran round macedon lodge... it was pretty windy but really nice run n the last bit which is about 1.5kms up mt macedon wasnt even too hard (probs cos it was dark n i wanted to get home) athough lowered the km rate heaps :(
Kathryn came up, and we went for a run on the top of mt macedon, from the picnic grounds to the cross and back up and over camels hump with a bit of rock scrambling on the way back down.
felt good but should have ate breakfast a bit earlier!
