fricken shit run, went out in bad frame of mind feeling lazy, after second last lap of oval just felt physically exhausted, like everything just catching up, so glad its last week of term, school is overwhelming! just feeling pretty tired all the time :( walked back home after 2nd lap.

took it easy feel a bit tired this week, bit over trained! bout 12 min w/u 1 fast lap of oval 1/2 lap rec, 3 reps, felt like i was running the intervals pretty fast, then w/d :)

went for a good run no intervals cos still feeling bloody sore from aths, just legs are tired :( planning to go for a forest run tomorrow night to. took eng oral out to learn whilst running but then was getting pissed with lack of arm movement from trying to hold oral close enough to my face to read (defs going for larger font nxt time) so dint bother :( felt pretty aright running though :)

wanted to try a little somehting new, went out around to bawden road for a change, 15m w/u 1m hard 30sec rec 2mins hard 1min rec 4min hard 2min rec 2min hard 1min rec 1min hard 30sec rec, 28min w/d, was dif and fun couple small hills, legs felt heavy and tired still from weekend, mayb should have taken it a bit easier, will relax a bit till friday athletics :)

20min w/u 4x500m hill, jog down rec, 21min w/d was tired and hot, took 2nd and 3rd pretty easy, still trying to shake cold fluy thing, big day 2 sacs, need rest and sleep, feeling better then start of week though, took a rest yesterday, got home and fell asleep straight away, exhausted, taking it easy leading into nol :)
