Last one with Wati for a while - but disjointed as there were a few footpath diversions that didn’t link up to anywhere... farmer clearly trying to make it as unclear as possible to deter people! Got there in the end just a lot of stops! Felt a lot better running today so a few more chill days have helped!
SYO circuits still not feeling good and struggled a bit with these tonight... particularly the big old head spin in the middle that didn’t shake for a whole set

Just feeling completely knackered so took it really easy today, slow and walking up hills etc when I needed... loads of slow gates too! HR still quite high! Last two weeks with a bit more training obviously catching up so either going to need to back off a bit or make sure I take an easier 3rd week instead of 4th atm. Going to see out this week as planned but keep effort low and then it’ll be a shock to the system going back to work next week so will back right off and start building up again around work!
Went for quite a long walk again around Cheddar Gorge so again quite an active rest day... potentially going to take another day off tomorrow if I’m still feeling quite knackered and just recharge a bit - see how I feel tomorrow

UsynligO at kings wood I think it was called - alright... still pretty knackered in the body and the breathing so took it easy and it wasn’t too technically straining!! Nath and I had been for quite a long walk in the morning so a pretty active day

Dog jog with N... accidentally stopped watch so have two parts! Felt pretty knackered again today just work in front of the telly with Harry Potter on most the day
SYO circuits - actually felt very tough tonight... not sure exactly why but I did feel quite tired today - whether that’s an accumulation of two weeks with more running or from the few intervals yesterday I’m not sure!

dog jog again - same loop need to do a few walks from mum and dads to work out where the cows are before I take Wati around some other loops. Decided to have a go at some intervals today (just easy ones) 6 x 1m/1m - first time I have managed intervals all year (well as far as I can remember - anything I did pre meltdown in march would have been doing more damage than good) felt ok... had to walk to catch my breath after a few but nice to know I could get the legs moving. Just need to wait and see how the body responds now over the next 24-48hrs - chest is definitely feeling heavy now but hopefully a good kind of worked heavy. New treatment for asthma over the last 6 weeks or so and cutting out dairy has definitely seemed to make a big difference. Now been referred to long covid clinic so will see if they can back any of this up.
Note: Had my HR settings wrong so these last few months are completely unreflective of how hard I was actually having to work just to jog, which is evident from todays HR graph. Have updated it to be the same as my Garmin zones now. Will go back and edit if I can be bothered at some point.

Morning jog, nice day and felt alright so tried to go a bit further, ended up quite tired and headachy by the end and walking up hills so didn’t end up much further
