Out for a lovely morning jog... up through endcliffe and the parks then back down ringinglow way! Was out for a bit longer then this because was lots of stopping to check on google where I was but the Tom Tom I'm using adjusts to your active time so this should be about right! Feeling good training! And this week I've upped my workload and had a decent week running so far so starting to feel like I'm settling into sheff!!

Went out for a long easy one with one of my new housemates Ste. Up from lady bower! Very lovely weather just like Melbourne.. sunny with a dash of rain! Felt like a struggle still on the back end of this cold but I still really enjoyed it!

Was feeling absolutely knackered today and wasn't gonna exercise but got a second wind after a nap and teaching a circuits class! So jumped on a bike for halfa and did some tabata... then jogged home because a) I thought it would still be light at 7:30... b) I thought I'd actually leave at 7:30 ha! Was dark as and I was scared... first lesson Maxamillan ever taught me - you always run faster in the dark

auto belays at virgin... actually get so knackered so quickly... also found it very weird climbing with a multilevel view of the pool/lounge/gym

On a side note this job is hectic! They just expect you to be running at 100 miles an hour ALL DAY... all day every day... all the time! didnt climb till like 8 tonight after my circuits class... have barely eaten today... just crazy... gotta get into some good routines to keep up with this pace! on the plus side its fun and everyone is super nice and i think this place will bring out the best in me as a trainer

Bit of sunday fun around sheff... super nice to just get up, whip on some gear and jog down to the park for a race! Was a bit messy here and there and definitely could have picked some better routes im sure but Ive not done anything urban in agesssss so it was just nice to be out doing it!

side note... think my garmin forerunner has carcked it! Ive been using my vivo fit but i think its pretty off on distance considering todays optimal route distance was 9.5km and the garmin rekons I did 8.5....gonna have to sort thta at some point.
