Body weight sesh Gregor gave me some ideas for before I left... Was a bit interesting.. Used the farm truck to do an inverted row.. Gonna have some fun strength training with shit around the farm to say the least... Feeling real tired in the legs hahaha... Shows I haven't run in 2months... Bit of a worry... Gotta get back in shape!

Went up the canal, and tried to get on a bridal path on the way back but got a bit lost on a hillside and just aggravated the foot... Got back on the canal path and it was ok again... So it's just slowly slowly but anything uneven just seems tetchy still...

Making my AP comeback at Buns request hehehehe….. Foot has been feeling alright in the last few weeks so went for a little tester run to see where its at and what to enter for Valadalen… Was a little tetchy on uneven ground, so still not quite there… feet still really fat from my flight yesterday so that probably doesn't help...
