Went and tagged the controls for the first schools team trials.... verrrrry tired after, it was long!

i dont know if i ran 8kms thats just a guesstimation, as i took alot of track routes, macedon isnt the best map however was run, and my legs are now sore!!

pretty unmotivated after easter, however needed a study break. felt good, but pretty sore lower legs, just went through the motions of pain in my ankles then knees then balls or my feet then shins for the whole run, however decided to concentrate on keeping up a good pace and lowering the km rate second by second... gave me something to focus on instead of the aches :)

went for a run when i got back from uni, felt good, but pretty pumped up cos i have so much to do tonight.... legs didnt feel as tired!

felt good but legs were heavy and was really hungry :s did 2km w/u 1x800m/800mrec, then 2x200m/200mrec, then about 1km w/d.

went for a run around royal park, visy park and uni, legs felt heavy but felt good anyway! surprised i didnt get lost!

went for a forest run at bullengarook, didnt get time to do much before it got dark, but thats ok as yesterday was a really long run.
